Professional Engineering Services

For all professional engineering services except testimony (see below); including, but not limited to, investigation and research, document review, site inspection, meetings and telephone conversations, travel time (portal to portal with no mileage charges):

Kenneth B. Bondy $400.00/hour
Licensed Associate Engineer       $300.00/hour

For testimony (trial, arbitration, deposition):     

Kenneth B. Bondy $500.00 per hour

Direct Expenses

For travel-related costs (lodging, food, car rental, airfare, parking, etc.), photocopies, blueprints, film, film processing, shipping, direct office supplies (binders, photo display sheets, tabs, etc.) Air transportation, when required, shall be by first or business class.
